Our sellers use Purplebricks and therefore Premier Property Lawyers (PPL).
This is a no chain purchase. It started in May 2021 9it is now March 2023). PPL have consistently delayed the process by refusing to communicate or respond to emails, completing documents incorrectly and correcting slowly. When they are not absent, they are incompetent. We were supposed to exchange yesterday, but PPL have failed to answer the phone for two days. God only knows what is happening.
