Well omg! I have never experienced anything like it and have moved a number of times over the last 30 years. Sold an empty house to a family (no chain) 13th August 2021 and exchanged today 15th March 2022. It’s been a complete farce from start to finish. Even the estate agents from Purplebricks was sending very direct emails chasing. DO NOT USE unless you’re not in a rush.
