Absolutely disgusted with the service we received. We used PPL for our sale and purchase. It took 6 months and we were supposed to exchange and complete on a Friday. We were told to hand the keys over on our sale and then it did not complete until the Monday. We were homeless for the weekend with two children under 4 with no apologies or care. They then held money owed to us in their account and we had to chase every day until they paid us our money! The stress they caused us was awful. Do not use.
