Well to start they were good - then it went wrong big time !! Took months upon months to complete - approx 9 months for a house that was empty for at least 2 months - then told I would be getting a refund of £250 I’m still waiting 2 months later and getting no response from emails again surprise surprise ! Would never recommend at all !! Would be great to hear off the owner and get my refund sorted !
