My mothers vendors are using this company unfortunately.
2 days before completion, they say they haven't had documentation regarding money laundering from the vendor. They have, twice. Where has it gone? That's a data protection issue.
More concerning to me, my mother at 87 years old, in view of the supposed completion date had instructed her telephone company she was moving. They have disconnected her landline which means her lifeline alarm no longer works. It can't be reconnected. All this because of a bunch of incompetents.
