Absolutely dreadful from start to finish. Made the whole selling and buying more stressful than it had to be. 7 months agonising wait. We more or less did the job ourselves. Constantly being told they are actively working on our case with nothing happening. Constantly being told we will ring you back but no call ever came. I don’t recommend anyone going with this company. Shame on you purple bricks for using this company in your package. Never again will we move because of the undue stress this company caused. Please don’t use them
