Our vendors are using PPL. Absolutely shocking. Our chain is about to collapse and they do not care. Our solicitor has said they are completely incompetent and they are the source of all the delays but push the blame onto others. They have been refusing to exchange as they're waiting for 'enquires' which we were told today aren't actually needed and aren't a legal requirement. They've been waiting for enquires now for like 10 weeks.
Do not use this company!!! They will cost you so much stress and most probably your sale too. Absolutely rubbish!!!!!!!!!
