Serious delays on sending/responding/actioning enquiries on a shared ownership sale with no lower or upper chain has now put the sale in serious doubt. The conveyancer takes around 3 weeks to answer any queries and is virtually impossible to contact via telephone. Even after this has been escalated to senior management there has still been no positive movement or contact.
Avoid using if at all possible.
