I am not a user of Premier property lawyers service but my sale and purchase has been delayed by weeks due to their lack of efficiency and constantly ignoring chase up emails from my solicitors. I am now in a situation where the whole sale of my house is in the balance because my buyer is now in fear of his mortgage offer being delayed due to the delay is completion of sale. Any Estate Agents who recommend this company are doing a grave injustice to their customers. They are not competent, they do not care about customers they irrelevant. There is nothing Premier about this shambolic company.
