DO NOT USE THESE “SOLICITORS” - completely messed up our house sale and purchase and left us homeless. Not once on time to a call, misplace and request repeated information, appear to lack any actual understanding for conveyancing laws.
Only 1 day before my sale they advised changes to a transfer document was needed which they had recieved from us 3 weeks prior. Failed to take appropriate action when it was required and lef to delays. Constantly make excuses, to cover their mistakes.
Please save yourself the hassle anddont use this company
