Would seriously give this company 0 stars ' they messed up my husbands sale and let people move in without him getting the money In his bank ! They have now taken over 8 months with my property ' my buyer is using them and she has had no luck with them! They are constantly ignoring my solicitors emails ' we should have exchanged 2 weeks ago and they are now asking more questions ' why not ask them all at the same time ' my health has worsened with the stress this company is putting us through ! 8 months and there's no chain ' it's appalling and they truly don't care ' the lack of communication is abhorrent . I have had to get the management team from the estate agents to intervene due to the time scale and the way this has been handled! We are all tearing our hair out !! If you want an easy and timely transaction please go somewhere else! I wished my buyer had!!
