This firm of conveyancing lawyers has delayed sale of our house to the buyer, who was forced to use them by their lender, every step of the way and even today, on the second planned date of completion, exchange has not even taken place and the removal company is sitting outside our house as well as the buyers with their young baby. PPL does not seem to care about the stress and anxiety they are causing people probably because not one particular solicitor/lawyer takes responsibility for one particular sale/purchase. This whole system needs to be overhauled. This company is not fit for purpose.
