Please do not use! So much stress caused. I did almost all of the chasing myself. The chain almost collapsed. I could hardly ever get hold of them and it was someone different every time. Completed later than we wanted and had to pay extra fees. Other solicitors, estate agents and people in the chain took to contacting me because they couldn’t get a response from ppl. They were so horrendous that I became physically ill. It ruined our family holiday. Please use anyone but them. Trustpilot reviews have many positive ones - theses are obviously fake. Read the thousands of one star reviews, or read twitter to get a true picture.
