A dreadful experience. Appalling communications, this is the 4th house I’ve sold, we only used Premier as they were recommended by purple bricks. It took 5 failed calls to get the onboarding started.
Our buyer reached out and has provided more updates. For context the buyer has a mortgage issue with the lease… Premier are still yet to tell us this…
The ‘e-way’ system is equally useless, yes it’s visual but you’re unable to drill down or see detail.
