I have been charged £399,00 for searches, on 5th July, searches not requested until 21st july, then when I chase I find the search provider has not even paid to a residential search which would have been returned in 7 working days. They have gone for the free search with a 20 working day response.
I have really had to do all the work,
I am afraid i am goging to lose my sale and purchase.
