Judging by the other reviews on here, it's pretty simple. AVOID! Don't be swayed by this 'keeping it in house' nonsense. You get what you pay for. The same enquiries will be asked over and over in various different ways. You'll get enquiries sporadically sent, so when you think they are completed, you'll get another random one sent back.
For an extra £500, get yourself a proper solicitor that has a direct dial. Will do your mental health the world of good.
