Not my solicitor but acting for my buyers. Totally incompetent. They denied receiving communication from my solicitor, then 6 weeks and three emails later they’ve received it. We have sent answers to their questions and are still waiting for a response. Emails get ignored and telephone calls get unanswered.
My small chain is now at serious risk of failing.
This company are usually recommended by an estate agent, who gets commission.
