Don't use them! I send emails and no answers, they just ignore them. I phone and speak to people and they never follow up on phone calls, if I leave messages they never answer. Phoned today about my completion date, had a rant and told them how hopeless they are! Actually got a call back within half an hour, telling me might not be the date I thought it would be even after telling them over 2 and a half weeks ago of the date I wanted to move. If I'd read the reviews on here I would never have chosen them. Please avoid!
