If I could rate PPL 0 stars, I would. They are not my solicitors however they are my buyers and the delay tactics they are using are insane. Offer was accepted in Sept 2023 and we are still no further forward to a completion date because of PPL. There is no chain on my end, the buyers can move into my house any day and are facing being made homeless due to the people buying their home selling via auction. They do not care about their clients in the slightest. Everything takes ages because they have to refer to their legal team for answers??? Why would they need a legal team if they are a competent solicitor.. Avoid at all costs and do your research and shop around, local firms are sometimes more expensive however you get what you pay for and all you're paying for with PPL is a headache and unnecessary stress.
