Wish I never appointed these clowns. They were recommended by estate agent (probably because of kickbacks) and I've had nothing but knuckle dragging and drawn out back & forths. Took them a month after being appointed to even start work on the case. Taken another month to confirm my money is my own money and still asking for more evidence when they've been provided 6 months of statements. If I had seen these reviews beforehand, I would NEVER have used them and I wish I hadn't taken them on as more time drags by. Appalled by their service, lack of communication, failure to call back after leaving voice messages, email exchanges go on forever at a snails pace, really REALLY wish I'd gone elsewhere
