My buyer is using this company and after four months of answering numerous questions we are now at deadlock over an issue which may or may not cause an issue with land registry . would not use this company ever as they seem in my opinion to not have a clue how to conveyance a property and keep asking stupid questions with no regard to how such delays affect people and impact their lives . Will not seek specialist guidance when a problem arises , just keep asking the same questions and burying their heads in the sand hoping the problem will sort itself out . I question the qualifications held by these people and would recommend that for your own sanity avoid like the plague
