Utterly incompetent and totally igorant of legal conveyancig processes.
They don't even check paperwork until last minute! Then they use the longest, most convoluted process available to find a solution.
End result - multiple delays costing everyone in a chain time and money. Even their own customers mortgage deal ran out before completion! This was totally avoidable if they had done their job properly and professionally.
They ripped off and screwed over their own customers and everyone in the chain.
