I will never use Priceline again. I tried to cancel a hotel reservation for 12/21, well in advance, but their customer service was no help. They told me the reservation was non-refundable and then said I should call the hotel myself to negotiate a refund. Why am I using Priceline if they can’t even handle this basic issue?
This experience has been beyond frustrating, and it’s clear they don’t prioritize their customers. If you’re considering using Priceline, think twice. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
