Warning: Do not buy airline tickets on Priceline I had a very negative experience with Priceline. They offer additional services such as baggage purchases and airline ticket upgrades, but they do not fulfill their promises. They only keep the ticket money and refund the payment values for baggage, forcing you to buy through the airline, which makes the purchase much more expensive. The customer service is inefficient. I spoke with two supervisors, Jess L and Daniel, but neither of them offered a solution. It's unacceptable that a company has so many supervisors in a call center and cannot effectively resolve problems. I do not recommend buying airline tickets on Priceline. It's an inefficient company that does not fulfill its promises.

After booking the car, when it was time to take possession of it and finalize all the documents and payments, the employee tried in every way to make me purchase an optional insurance policy, insisting that it was mandatory. For at least 20 minutes, she argued that I was required to buy the additional insurance, even though this was not true. I asked her to read the terms and conditions of the contract. At that point, she backtracked and claimed that she never said the insurance was mandatory and that she wasn’t offering it as an option. However, she still made me sign a statement where I had to waive the insurance, even though I hadn’t purchased anything. When we reached the car inspection, the front fender was detached from the vehicle. She assured me it wasn’t an issue and that the car was safe. Trusting her judgment, I took the car and drove away. However, a few days later, while on the highway, the front fender came loose and began scraping against the asphalt. I had to secure the fender to the car using a cable. This negligence on the employee's part seriously endangered my safety and that of my family. I reserve the right to take legal action against the agency for renting me a potentially dangerous and non-compliant vehicle. Additionally, I’d like to point out that the windshield washer fluid tank was empty when I picked up the car. By chance, I needed it during my trip to clean the windshield after a bug had left it smeared. I was forced to stop dangerously on the side of the road to clean it manually. When I returned the car at the end of the rental, another employee assured me that I would be refunded shortly. However, $124 is still being withheld, and I have not received my refund yet. In summary, my experience included: - Dishonest behavior at the rental desk, reminiscent of scammers trying to deceive customers. - A car that was unsafe, improperly maintained, and unsuitable for driving. - Unjustified withholding of money that doesn’t belong to them. After this experience, I will ensure I never use this company’s services again.

I will never use Priceline again. I tried to cancel a hotel reservation for 12/21, well in advance, but their customer service was no help. They told me the reservation was non-refundable and then said I should call the hotel myself to negotiate a refund. Why am I using Priceline if they can’t even handle this basic issue? This experience has been beyond frustrating, and it’s clear they don’t prioritize their customers. If you’re considering using Priceline, think twice. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I am writing this detailed review and experience about interaction with Priceline’s customer service over past 5 months between June-2024 to Nov-2024 for the Baggage Refund I was expecting to be received after my travel on June 18, 2024. Unfortunately, this will be my last time using Priceline, and I won’t be booking future travel with Priceline Company for the following reasons: 1) Lack of Customer Care: Priceline's approach to customer service has been highly disappointing. It feels as though customer concerns are not taken seriously, and the level of care provided is far below expectations. 2) Lack of Accountability: The representatives, including agents, supervisors, and managers, seemed unwilling to take responsibility for resolving issues. I was often given false commitments and empty promises, with no real follow-through. 3) Poor Communication Etiquette: There was a complete lack of follow-up from the team. If a customer is unable to answer a call, it should be standard to follow up via email or try calling again. It felt as though the responsibility of resolution was unfairly placed on me, rather than the support team. 4) Time Wasted: Every interaction with Priceline involved long wait times, often requiring me to spend at least 1.5 to 2 hours with no meaningful resolution. This inefficiency added significant frustration to an already difficult situation. 5) Lack of Firm Resolutions: Over the past five months, I have spoken with around 15 to 20 different representatives at various levels. Not once did anyone provide firm dates, actionable solutions, or clear follow-ups. The lack of professionalism and accountability was consistent across the board. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and unwilling to use Priceline again.

I was unfortunately a victim of scammers and fraudsters, resulting in a loss of $102,650 within a month. The moment I discovered that I had been deceived by this company, I was overwhelmed with devastation. However, I took immediate action by reporting the incident to G-AL-WAY-RE-LI-AN-CE, who promptly stepped in to help. To my relief, within just five days, I was able to recover my lost funds.

Worst experience with their customer service. I was charged twice. I have sent over all the documentation including both invoices sent to me along with my bank statement and the response I got was that they still need to research this claim and turn around time is 7 business days. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.

I have had multiple bad experiences with Priceline. In 2021 they cancelled my booking but would not cancel my flight. So after a million phone calls and 3 months later they finally cancelled the flight and sent me a check. Fast forward to February 2024 I decided to give them a second chance. So that was stupid. I saw a great price on the website and tried to book it. It said my card was declined, tried several different cards. So I called and they said the dates were not available so they found a different hotel, for $80 more than what I saw online because they refused to use my genius discount but still a good price, and booked it with me over the phone. I never received a confirmation email and my bank wasn’t charged. So I called back to confirm that I had the reservation. They said I did but the email they had entered was wrong so they sent it to my actual email address. ALL of the information was wrong. Phone number, email address, address, and card info. And the confirmation email looked fake, nothing like confirmation emails I have seen before. They said it was actually booked through booking, but the confirmation email said Priceline. Called booking just for them to say they can’t find it. Back to Priceline, told them all of the info was wrong and they said “oh so that’s why you weren’t charged! Well we need to escalate this to someone higher to listen to the phone calls and make sure it was our mistake” WHAT!? I booked over the phone, so how would it be my mistake? I just gave the lady all the wrong info? Be so for real! Anyway they said it could take 2-3 days. Meanwhile hotels are selling out and prices are going up! They were really going to let me drive 10.5 hours with 4 kids just to not have a reservation when I get there! No one is helpful, 4 hours on the phone, transferred back and forth 100 times for nothing!! NEVER AGAIN!! Just don’t book with them!

Like everyone else I too got scammed with their unknown cancelation policy. I thought I was booking a resort that was adults only as the booking said that. This was not the case it was just an adults smoking area. I needed to change this to book in a adults only resort (they don't have this one listed) and needed to cancel. They took half my money ($2000 usd) to cancel! This is UNHEARD of and i've already contacted legal on this. Miserable customer service at best. You are better off writing your issue on a piece of paper and throwing it in the trash. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Book at the resort, hotel, car service, airline itself. Avoid at all costs.

If they have negative star I would gave them negative stars. I canceled my fly around July 2023, The agents told me so many different thing that they do not gave me credit for that fly cancel, I either have to book the fly with them right away through Alaska or put under credit Alaska airline. Even though, I put direct under priceline, and now I tried to book fly to travel around April and of course its under Alaska Airline. They said my fly only Valid through February 14. They told me I did not look through policy, I told them that they did not tell me the policy when I cancel the Fly back in July. They broke their policy and they question me back that i did not read their policy? basically, I lost $2500 from this crappy company.

I am a VIP member andnwas defrauded by… I am a VIP member andnwas defrauded by priceline. I purchased a ticket from Priceline for British airways for $1380. This was during the covid time. I could not travel so British airways allowed priceline to issue a voucher. I had 1.5 years to rebook the flight but priceline did not let me rebook. I sent many emails and called many times but to no avail. I was put on hold by priceline representatives as soon as I told them that I need to rebook using a travel voucher. Priceline wouldn't let me rebook using the voucher online either so I could only call to rebook, which priceline effectively stopped me from doing. Two weeks before the the travel credit was due to expire, I was offered a business class ticket and asked to pay additional $2500 to rebook. I was told that economy class ticket is not available , which I told the agent was available online on the priceline website for only approx. $1300. Eventually, my voucher expired and priceline kept the voucher amount. Never buying from them again.

Recently some of my family moved to MI. I booked a hotel through "Priceline", unfortunately, some how, either my mistake, or digitally, the booking was for the wrong city. After driving from FL to MI, and being exhausted when we arrived to their house, eventually wanting to go to our hotel, I google mapped it, and low and behold it was the wrong city, it was actually almost 2 hours away. So I tried to cancel the booking online and couldn't. I tried calling the hotel with no answer, calling no less than 15 times, with phone ringing until it hung up on me. I contacted the same hotel chain in the city where we were, and tried to get them to either cancel the reservation or move it to where we were, but they couldn't, and said that I needed to contact the other hotel. So again I try to call several times, no one answers. Frustrated and tired at this point, I just book the hotel where we were and send an email to the other hotel. They tell me, I would have to contact Priceline to get a refund, because I booked thru a third party. Priceline, tells me, the reservation I had shows no refunds, but on the paperwork I have it says: Cancelation policy says "FULL REFUND", unless you cancel day of then its a 56% penalty. I reached out to Priceline 2 times, 1st time, they said they would get back to me, well, that never happened, so I contacted them again today, and they said they could do nothing for me. I was willing, to take the hit, a partial refund is better than no refund. After all, this was not a "free" trip for me. But again, I was told neither Priceline, or the hotel would give me even a partial refund. I took off work, paid for a hotel (Over $250), plus gas to get there, time off of work, and I do not get paid time off. And no one is willing to even give a partial refund. That BITES! I informed the person I was speaking to that I would never use Priceline again, and that I would be sure to let my friends and family know of my experience. Be careful when booking with a third party, I will not do it again. I will especially never use Priceline. I hope they get a lot of negative reviews! Here is the cancellation policy: CANCELLATION POLICY: This booking is fully refundable if you cancel before 2022-10-20 11:59 PM. If cancelled after 2022-10-21 12:00 AM, 56 percent penalty will be charged. Cancel This Booking

priceline has the worst customer service i have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Be careful!!! the hotel they booked for me was infested with roaches and since im not 100 percent about the other insects i need to leave it there. the entire place is filthy, the 2 curtains on the window were torn and did not match and there was not even a phone in the room. worst hotel experience ever! priceline had nothing to say but offer me a 15% discount on my next stay! which will never happen. they market these dumps and have no quality control whatsoever! ill never use priceline again.

I have been using Triangle Cars for the past 5 years! I use them for work on a daily/weekly basis. Airport runs when going on holiday and bus/train station journeys. Very reliable for early morning pick ups and have never been let down. Highly recommend this company.
