The flight coming to Tampa Florida was a night mare delays,changed flights, etc. Priceline did nothing to help or even took my concerns seriously. I would avoid using Priceline and book it yourself you get same deals as Priceline without getting a bunch of emails that don't match airline information..Priceline will not refund anything or even apologize.

I wouldn't give them 1 star. Had a heart attack so could not make trip. Even with their insurance partner, XCover, neither would help after 6 hours, 8 people, tons of emails and all documentation, they still refused refund. DI NOT USE PRUCELINE OR XCOVER!!!!

I booked a 6 night hotel through priceline and agreed to their guaranteed price. The hotel charged me more than I agreed to. I called priceline and they asked for documentation, which I sent. After sending documentation 3 times, still no resolve and no communication. They suddenly did not recognize my telephone number or trip number. No human to talk to; just disgraceful. I wish they would have just told me they would not honor my original agreement and NOT waste my time with numerous phone calls and e mails. etc. Disgraceful. I Would NEVER recommend priceline

If you think you will save money with Priceline think twice. Booked through them a rental car paid and when got there to get the car at 6 th rental they didn't have the car I booked. I was promised by the Priceline manager over the phone refund in case of the upgrade so I was promised by 6th rental in Hobby aeroport my minivan will be there in the morning. Went back in the morning, no 6 seater car ended up upgrade in truck. Lost a day vacation paid $250 more for the upgrade I didn't want it got 4 kids on back of the truck and all the lour personnel stuff weet since rain all way to Florida. After I did submit the receipt for the refund and called them 5 times finally got declined since the Priceline policy says since you didn't got the car on the day you booked even you could not pick up the car because the rental company don't have one , Priceline don't reimburse you. Good luck guys dealing with Priceline because I am done .

This scam about hidden fees must stop. You also have a disclaimer that there is no fee for car rental cancellation but then I was told later there is no refund when I tried to cancel a reservation.

Today we had two rooms booked at a Motel 6 in Corpus Christi. I booked through Priceline. We checked in around 8pm and it was absolutely terrible. We did not stay because we did not feel safe. There was people everywhere, smoking marijuana and in the pool drinking alcohol. People blatantly in the parking lot selling drugs. Our room was terrible. Not even comforter on the beds and the safety lock on one of our doors was broken. There was so many people all in and out of the rooms and walking around. People that clearly were up to no good. When I went to tell Joe at the front desk I was leaving because I wasn’t having my grandchildren there he told me he understood. We were literally there for an hour. Long enough to find another room somewhere. I’ve contacted Priceline and they said they are working on getting us a refund but it isn’t guaranteed. Terrible. My daughters and grandchildren were so uncomfortable. I paid 204 dollars for those two rooms. I was literally in tears leaving here. The hotel was at 6301 Interstate 37 Corpus Christi TX 78409. Priceline used to be really great! I will never use them again! I will also be pushing to get this hotel off their sight and a complete refund!

First off, Priceline advertised the EconLodge in Oak Grove, MO as including breakfast which they didn't. Then Priceline charged me for the room but the hotel had no record of it. The hotel charged me and so did Priceline. In trying to correct this, Priceline is unable to find the transaction so they can't issue a refund. I find it hard to believe Priceline is unable to find a transaction they charged to my platinum credit card but apparently they really are that lame. I have an 820 credit rating so my CC is disputing the charge, I won't have to pay it, but it will take 2 months to correct. I'd had good success w/Priceline previously but apparently if something goes wrong they're unable to fix it. I will NEVER USE PRICELINE AGAIN.

So i remember having an issue and when I reached out to Priceline it was hard to get my problems resolved. I never used them since. Today my son came over to let me know of a similar situation and he's emailed and tried getting a hold of customer service. He has no response. Sad that these 3rd party companies get away with so much! I will never use them again!

Title: Completely Unprofessional – Misleading and Zero Accountability I booked a room at Comfort Suites Myrtle Beach Central through Priceline specifically so my two-year-old would have a place to rest before our flight. I submitted an early check-in request online through Priceline and called the hotel as directed. At 8 a.m., I was told that checking in between 12:00 and 12:30 p.m. would be no problem. Fast forward — I called again only to be told that I couldn’t check in until 2:30 p.m. That completely defeats the purpose of booking this room in the first place. Traveling with a toddler requires planning, and I did everything right — followed every instruction, confirmed multiple times, and was still let down. Comfort Suites showed no care or consistency, and Priceline was equally useless in resolving the issue. No support, no solution — just passing the buck. I never even got to use the room and was left with nothing but stress and frustration. I will never use Priceline again and will avoid all Comfort Suites locations moving forward. Absolutely unacceptable. Do better.

I found a reasonably priced flight that suited me. Once I started to proceed with booking it, a message popped up that said " the price just went up by $200." What a scam. Don't trust Priceline, they are devious.

I reserved a room based on pictures shown on Priceline website. when I got there the hotel & room was nothing like what was advertised. I called immediately, sent pictures to the email address I was provided. Nothing was done!!!! I will never use Priceline again.

I paid for a spa room there was not one available when I got to the hotel and I was there early they would not refund my money they tried to give me a Cut Rate room for the same price forget it I will never use Priceline again and I hope no one else does either. Just go to the hotel from now on Priceline doesn't know what they are doing.

Claimed hotel a hotel in Chicago had indoor pool. Got there and the pool outside closed for the season. My children is here for spring break and was looking forward to swimming. Really spoiled our trip.

I was informed by Priceline that even though I am three months away from the reservation I cannot cancel it. They are ripping people off. I will never use Priceline again and all my friends will hear about them!

Not upfront at all about the rental car company location. I called to try to get my money refunded because I bundled my hotel and rental car and found out after the fact that the company is off site from the airport in a very remote and sketchy location. I’m a woman traveling by myself. My flight will not be arriving until late at night. I don’t feel safe with this arrangement. Customer service was not at all helpful or understanding of my situation and refused to refund my money so I will have to eat the cost. Needless to say I will not be booking through a third party like Priceline ever again.

Priceline Acknowledges Their Mistake—Still Won’t Refund Me I booked through Priceline expecting a straightforward experience. Instead, I got a mess. Priceline has now admitted—in writing—that they made an error with my reservation. Yet, despite acknowledging their own mistake, they refuse to issue a refund. Let that sink in: a company that claims to value customer service is openly admitting fault but still keeping my money. No accountability, no integrity—just scripted apologies and empty “we understand your frustration” responses. If you’re considering booking through Priceline, don’t. Their customer service is a dead end, and if they screw up, you’ll pay for it—literally.

Complaint about my experience with Priceline I purchased a travel package with Priceline and lost over $5,000. Upon arriving in Florida, the car that was supposed to be waiting for me was not available because the rental agency had closed at 7 PM, while my flight arrived at 9 PM. I was not reimbursed and had to rent a car from another company. Additionally, the hotel I had booked, which was supposed to be a "spa," was under renovation, and I was not informed. I had to leave with my family and contacted Priceline, but they did not offer any assistance or reimbursement. The response I received was that they could not help me. I booked everything through this company and was extremely disappointed. I do not recommend Priceline to anyone, as my experience was terrible. Stay away from them!

I booked a vacation package through Priceline (Trip Number: 73676929516) and just five minutes after booking, I realized that I had made a mistake with the reservation date—my trip was actually scheduled for the following day. I immediately contacted Priceline customer service and explained the situation. The representative assured me that it would not be a problem and that the best solution was to cancel everything and rebook with the correct date, as Priceline would issue a refund. Following their advice, I canceled the initial booking and made a new reservation with the correct date. However, I was shocked to find out that Priceline only refunded the flight and car rental but refused to refund the hotel, despite their own representative assuring me that the full refund would be processed. To make matters worse, I contacted the hotel directly, and they confirmed that they had no issue with issuing a refund. However, since the booking was made through Priceline, the hotel cannot process the refund directly, as Priceline is the one handling the transaction. In other words, Priceline itself assured me that I would receive a refund, the hotel confirmed that they would allow the cancellation, but Priceline is still refusing to return my money. This shows a lack of transparency and disregard for customer service. As a loyal customer, I expected a more honest and flexible approach, especially in a case where the mistake was noticed and corrected within minutes. If Priceline does not resolve this issue and continues to refuse the hotel refund, I will take further steps to report this practice on other platforms and reconsider using their services in the future. I expect an immediate resolution.

Booked a hotel at a oyo. Paid online but couldn't check in because of a 50.00 cash deposit I didn't have. I had a job interview the next morning. I now can't receive a refund for the hotel I paid for and never stepped foot in. You people are thieves. Stole my money and couldn't stay in the room I paid for. I will never use priceline again period

please do not use Priceline again,they made me have a long layover on my international flight whwn going .I cancelled my coming back ticket and they refused to refunds my money until a friend introduced me to forensic-watch who played a crucial role in helping me recover my money.
