“please do not use Priceline again, they made me have a long layover on my international flight whwn going .I cancelled my coming back ticket and they refused to refunds my money until a friend introduced me to forensic-watch who played a crucial role in helping me recover my money.”
“I’ve been charged twice for my Christmas Day stay—once by Priceline and once by the hotel—and I’m beyond frustrated. I’ve been stuck in an endless loop between the two, with neither willing to take responsibility or issue a refund. Priceline keeps insisting they can’t contact the hotel, yet I managed to reach the front desk in less than five minutes. How is this even possible for a company of their size? Both parties keep deflecting, leaving me stuck in the middle of their mess. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’m furious, and you can bet I’ll be leaving negative reviews everywhere.”
“Priceline has become no better than any other business, maybe worse. They have changed their website to where you see a price and the price is now for a standard room. There is no real description of the standard room. They now have a bubble to the right on your screen that encourages you to call them. If you call them, they tell you that there is no guarantee that you can get the room that you want at the advertised price and then start their up sale garbage. When I pointed it out to the person on the phone, I was told that he was there to give me the best deal possible. He told me if I wasn't happy with the service, don't use it. Priceline, welcome to the world of Comcast, Verizon and every other company that is all about money and making customers just another number on a balance sheet. Well done! I will never use this service again!”
“Priceline offers insurance on their flights, and at no point does it say and also confirmed with the customer service supervisor for with the place in the Philippines that has the contract for the phone support does it state that it is through a third party. My father missed his flight because the airlines assistance to him and the wheelchair to the wrong gate. Since the ticket was through priceline the airline cannot assist. Priceline then refers to the third party which you cannot make a claim. When asking for assistance from the phone support agent David and his supervisor i was told it's not their problem. AVOID using priceline and go straight to the airlines. Priceline does not help the customer nor do they care”
“The hotel was so nasty 2 rooms full of mold in Orlando Florida Howard Johnson on international drive.and Priceline don’t want to refund my money after we did not stay there so we had to book somewhere else twice the amount cause of short notice. Priceline is the worst with this situation.”
“STAY AWAY from this outfit!!!! They are VEREYYYY scammy !! EVEN Other travel agents say to stay away from Priceline!! LOOK at their reviews. That tells you everything!!! What does that tell you!! Priceline charged me more for my hotel than what they actually quoted me!! EI: 50% in taxes!! Nobody charges that much tax! Shame on you! Tried to get ahold of someone at Priceline but they have SOOO many phone numbers and and drag it on and on and on hoping that you give up!!
I WILL NEVERRRR EVERRR USE THEM AGAIN!! SCREWED ME ONCE BEFORE SHAME ON YOU... screwed me the second time SHAME ON ME!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!”
“Never ever ever ever use Priceline!!! Especially for car rentals. They charge you the fee up front (non refundable). they let you book the car even if there are no cars available at the rental establishment. The rental company says they have no cars available and you need to take it to with Priceline. Five hours on hold with Priceline before being disconnected (on their end). COMPLETE TRASH!!!! Was told by both car rental places they are discontinuing using Priceline and other third party services due to constant issues like this and they end up looking like the bad guy as they are the ones standing in front of you. Just a matter of time until Priceline is out of business.”
“Please book any trip from priceline.com/booking.com including thru the United Airline vacation package at all. I had been using so many travel websites such as Expedia, Travelocity, Orbits, Costco Travel, Appel vacation, Funjet...., Priceline, Booking.... and you name it.
If you happen to book thru Priceline/Booking and if nothing goes wrong then it perfect but if you are unlucky with something wrong then expecting to spend multiple calls and hours for each call. Howevr, nothing will be resolved. In my case, I booked upgraded room and got the cheapest room and I call... call but nothing resolved then they promised me if I keep the package then they will reimbust me %20 after my trip. I ended up keep the package due to my work and I called after my trip to the reimbursement for multiple times but I got nothing resolve. I gave up due to my blood pressure go up and spend so much hours to each call. I mean 1-3 hours for each call because they keep transfering you around and some time it just disconnect for no reason.”
“Among Harrison's most Priceline CUSt'OMER SERV'ICE 8O5 41O 56OO'Priceline PHONE NUMB'ER noted projects are the Metropolitan Opera House at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and the Empire State Plaza in Albany; he also served as Director of on the United Nations complex, which was built on slaughter-house property contributed by the Rockefeller family”
“I booked a room for one night through this platform. When booking the room that I selected, it offered a variety of amenities (kitchenette, microwave, etc.)that were needed during my stay. Upon entering the room, none of the amenities with the exception of a small dorm size refrigerator was present. When I Inquired with the front desk, I was informed that none of the rooms had any of the amenities that were quoted on the site in the actual rooms (even through it says ROOM amenities, not facility/establishment). Due to the event that i had scheduled and the time frame that i had, I had no choice but to stay. Once I reached out to Priceline line about this matter they offered a 5% ($4.30)refund, that could be used on the site at a later date. I was also told by a representative that I should have researched the hotel a little better, than what I had to know that it didn't have those amenities in the room. Since I've been in contact with Priceline, it has become a back and forth on trying to resolve this problem. Even though my itinerary shows which room I reserved, it is the only room that offers the amenities that i am complaining about (no other room offers this amenities).”
“Don't use Priceline if you can please they made me have a long layover on my international flight and on top of that I had to pay for overweight bags twice yet the bags had to be taken to the final destination”
“construction next door is interfering Priceline CustOM'er SERV'ICE 8O5 41O 56OO' PHONE NUMB'ER with the tight schedule. As the director gets impatient and the production assistant scurries around handing out water bottles, Etinosa Idemudia, the film’s star, keeps working”
“Warning: Do not buy airline tickets on Priceline
I had a very negative experience with Priceline. They offer additional services such as baggage purchases and airline ticket upgrades, but they do not fulfill their promises. They only keep the ticket money and refund the payment values for baggage, forcing you to buy through the airline, which makes the purchase much more expensive.
The customer service is inefficient. I spoke with two supervisors, Jess L and Daniel, but neither of them offered a solution. It's unacceptable that a company has so many supervisors in a call center and cannot effectively resolve problems.
I do not recommend buying airline tickets on Priceline. It's an inefficient company that does not fulfill its promises.”
“After booking the car, when it was time to take possession of it and finalize all the documents and payments, the employee tried in every way to make me purchase an optional insurance policy, insisting that it was mandatory. For at least 20 minutes, she argued that I was required to buy the additional insurance, even though this was not true. I asked her to read the terms and conditions of the contract. At that point, she backtracked and claimed that she never said the insurance was mandatory and that she wasn’t offering it as an option. However, she still made me sign a statement where I had to waive the insurance, even though I hadn’t purchased anything.
When we reached the car inspection, the front fender was detached from the vehicle. She assured me it wasn’t an issue and that the car was safe. Trusting her judgment, I took the car and drove away. However, a few days later, while on the highway, the front fender came loose and began scraping against the asphalt. I had to secure the fender to the car using a cable. This negligence on the employee's part seriously endangered my safety and that of my family.
I reserve the right to take legal action against the agency for renting me a potentially dangerous and non-compliant vehicle. Additionally, I’d like to point out that the windshield washer fluid tank was empty when I picked up the car. By chance, I needed it during my trip to clean the windshield after a bug had left it smeared. I was forced to stop dangerously on the side of the road to clean it manually.
When I returned the car at the end of the rental, another employee assured me that I would be refunded shortly. However, $124 is still being withheld, and I have not received my refund yet.
In summary, my experience included:
- Dishonest behavior at the rental desk, reminiscent of scammers trying to deceive customers.
- A car that was unsafe, improperly maintained, and unsuitable for driving.
- Unjustified withholding of money that doesn’t belong to them.
After this experience, I will ensure I never use this company’s services again.”
“I will never use Priceline again. I tried to cancel a hotel reservation for 12/21, well in advance, but their customer service was no help. They told me the reservation was non-refundable and then said I should call the hotel myself to negotiate a refund. Why am I using Priceline if they can’t even handle this basic issue?
This experience has been beyond frustrating, and it’s clear they don’t prioritize their customers. If you’re considering using Priceline, think twice. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.”
“I am writing this detailed review and experience about interaction with Priceline’s customer service over past 5 months between June-2024 to Nov-2024 for the Baggage Refund I was expecting to be received after my travel on June 18, 2024. Unfortunately, this will be my last time using Priceline, and I won’t be booking future travel with Priceline Company for the following reasons:
1) Lack of Customer Care: Priceline's approach to customer service has been highly disappointing. It feels as though customer concerns are not taken seriously, and the level of care provided is far below expectations.
2) Lack of Accountability: The representatives, including agents, supervisors, and managers, seemed unwilling to take responsibility for resolving issues. I was often given false commitments and empty promises, with no real follow-through.
3) Poor Communication Etiquette: There was a complete lack of follow-up from the team. If a customer is unable to answer a call, it should be standard to follow up via email or try calling again. It felt as though the responsibility of resolution was unfairly placed on me, rather than the support team.
4) Time Wasted: Every interaction with Priceline involved long wait times, often requiring me to spend at least 1.5 to 2 hours with no meaningful resolution. This inefficiency added significant frustration to an already difficult situation.
5) Lack of Firm Resolutions: Over the past five months, I have spoken with around 15 to 20 different representatives at various levels. Not once did anyone provide firm dates, actionable solutions, or clear follow-ups. The lack of professionalism and accountability was consistent across the board.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed and unwilling to use Priceline again.”

“I was unfortunately a victim of scammers and fraudsters, resulting in a loss of $102,650 within a month. The moment I discovered that I had been deceived by this company, I was overwhelmed with devastation. However, I took immediate action by reporting the incident to G-AL-WAY-RE-LI-AN-CE, who promptly stepped in to help. To my relief, within just five days, I was able to recover my lost funds.”
