Priceline offers insurance on their flights, and at no point does it say and also confirmed with the customer service supervisor for with the place in the Philippines that has the contract for the phone support does it state that it is through a third party. My father missed his flight because the airlines assistance to him and the wheelchair to the wrong gate. Since the ticket was through priceline the airline cannot assist. Priceline then refers to the third party which you cannot make a claim. When asking for assistance from the phone support agent David and his supervisor i was told it's not their problem. AVOID using priceline and go straight to the airlines. Priceline does not help the customer nor do they care
