I had some serious medical complications postpartum that really affected my ability to bond with my daughter and impacted our earliest memories. Working with Prospera professional therapist Anna has allowed me to process my grief and trauma and make peace with the past. Processing my grief allowed space for me to be present in the love that surrounds my daughter, myself and our family each day. I'm thankful for services that have compassion and real understanding of the complexity and duality of emotions that come with motherhood.
