Prospera has been an incredible help in this season of life! I had a unqiue scenario of getting pregnant with baby #2 while still in the trenches of postpartum- a true collison of hormones. Navigating it was tough. Like so tough. Since deciding to use Prosperas services, i have become WAY less clouded in my thoughts. I look forward to my sessions because i always end up feeling like i have a plan of attack in navigating the daily challenges of motherhood and pregnancy for the next two weeks, thanks to the guidance of my health coach.
