I found prospera when I was 6 weeks postpartum. I was experiencing anxiety, low moods, and some bouts of rage. Meeting with Megan let me reflect on my birth experience and reframe negative thoughts I was having about my body and my breastfeeding journey. It was so valuable to be able to talk about these things with someone who is also a mom. Not only did she validate my experience but she gave me tangible tools and resources to help me navigate my transition into motherhood. Just a few sessions later, I’m feeling so much more relaxed about my breastfeeding journey and accepting of my birth experience. Megan was fantastic to work with!
