Extremely Disappointed – No Resolution for Lost Order
I ordered 2 jeans from the Pull&Bear Netherlands website, and according to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered on May 10th. However, I never received anything.
I contacted Pull&Bear four times, and every time I was told the same generic response: they are “checking with the parcel provider” and will contact me by email. But I have never received any follow-up or solution.
To be proactive, I also contacted DHL, the delivery provider, directly. DHL informed me that they already sent the delivery investigation results to Pull&Bear, clearly stating that the package was lost. Despite this, Pull&Bear has not responded or offered a refund or replacement.
It’s now been nearly a month, and the complete lack of accountability and communication from their customer service is extremely disappointing. I expected better from a well-known brand. At this point, I’ve had to consider further steps through consumer protection channels and my payment provider.
I strongly urge others to be cautious when ordering online from Pull&Bear.
