From the initial phone call right through to my Mother's ashes being returned I have found dealing with Pure Cremation to be stress-free. I was kept informed at every stage and all staff I dealt with were helpful polite and sympathetic. Mum's ashes were returned in a beautiful urn. I have been most impressed and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Pure Cremation.
