I ordered a Pure juicer about 10 months ago. While the juice is fabulous, the hydraulic system has failed twice. After 5 months I had to exchange for a different juicer (which appeared reconditioned not new) because the press tray wouldn’t return to its original position and the hydraulic system was groaning. Now, the exchanged product is doing the same thing. This is an outrageously expensive machine and shouldn’t fail after five months use TWICE (one juice per day)! I am 72 year old woman so hauling this thing around is a big deal for me! AARGH!
