So rang after collecting my luggage at LHR to pick up my car on level 4 T5 at 14.53
Now 16.08 and still no sign of the car š”š”
Been told FOUR times itās 10 minutes away
My phone is telling me my car is 900 yards away and NOT and hasnāt moved To which the guy says āah itās a GPS dead spotā
Absolutely shocking service š”š” There are FAR better services available now
