Parking was fairly easy to find, thanks to the clear directions sent in advance. The drop-off process was smooth, and I was on my way to the terminal within 5–10 minutes of arriving at the airport.
However, I was disappointed with the condition in which my vehicle was returned. It had clearly been parked under a tree and was covered in pollen and sap, which had stuck to both the glass and paintwork. As a result, I've had to wash the car twice (at my own expense), and even then, the sap hasn't fully come off.
Additionally, I noticed that about an hour’s worth of fuel had been used—presumably to move the vehicle to the off-site parking location. While I understand some movement is necessary, the level of fuel usage felt excessive.
I've used Purple Parking many times in the past and have always been impressed with the service, so this experience was disappointing and not up to the standard I’ve come to expect. I will have to reconsider alternative providers on future occasions.
