Quick check-in and easy to know where to leave your car, friendly staff, my annoyances though were the fact the shuttle bus goes to Terminal 2&3 before Terminal 5 (where I was flying from) so from the moment you leave the car park it took half an hour to get to Terminal 5. Also when I got back to the UK I had to wait 40 minutes for a bus at Terminal 5, I think Purple Parking needs buses for separate terminals.
