I was happy with the service I received when I arrived at the Car Park, however, there were no signs saying Purple Parking nor were there any information on how to get there with the road works outside. I am a driver not someone who moves vehicles around on the road and found the approach roads very dark ( I know that road lighting is not your responsibility but cleared directions and or maps would be helpful).
