There needs to be better instructions on how to drop the car off. You have to read emails and look for the instructions for drop off in the email, it does not stand out. For example, the approach to the Heathrow Multi storey car park gets confused with Valet and Off Site Parking. If you get it wrong you end up going around and that costs you more money. I got it wrong at both T2 and T5 (good news was I was more careful on T2 this week!)
But the service is good and the simple return instructions are clear.
