I have used Purple Parking for 14 years (excepting 2020/21) and have never before had any issues. However I parked there twice this year (2025), on the first occasion my car was returned covered in spots of a sticky brown substance which required two hot washes and a lot of elbow grease to remove from paintwork and glass. On the second occasion I returned to find the front bumper had been scuffed. On reporting this damage to the reception office a member of staff came out to the car with a bottle of T-cut and very fortunately was able to polish out the scratches. However this was not a very pleasant welcome back from our holiday. Purple Parking need to remind their drivers to take more care of their customers cars or they will rapidly lose business.
