It is always convenient to be able to pick up our car at level 4 T2 but yet again we had a longer wait than we are used to, we phoned immediately our bags arrived and made our way quite slowly to level 4 and we’re challenged aggressively - had we phoned to let them know we were on our way, the wait was around 20 mins and I don’t think the guys have truly appreciated that many of us can see where our cars are on a App….. why can’t they have our car ready to go as was the previous service - I pay a premium- maybe next time just pay to park at the terminal?
