Very efficient check-in and pick-up. The only criticism is that whoever move my car after check-in must be very short in terms of height - AND FAILED TO RETURN THE DRIVER'S SEAT TO ITS ORIGINAL POSITION. I COULDN'T GET IN!!!!
I had occasion to amend my details after initial booking (change of vehicle) and this was very easily expedited.
