We’ve used Purple Parking several times at Heathrow. Previously very happy.
This time wasn’t as good as before. Checked in fine, bus was waiting and already full and not enough seats or baggage space…another family were struggling to cope with bags, young kids and pushchairs - no help from staff.
On return we waited 30+minutes. Again bus to collect us from T2 was already full-insufficient room for bags and lots of people standing.
Impression is fewer buses and less frequent service compared with when used before-drivers not as helpful with bags(maybe that’s insurance issue).
Staff member when we got back to collect car was very efficient, which eased the frustration of an overloaded bus.
Please ensure more frequent buses - it’s surely not safe to overfill buses.
