Great staff very pleasant and efficient.
I was unsure about dropping my car off at Terminal 5 and collecting it at Terminal 4.
I should not have worried it all went very smoothly.
One piece of advise make sure they have your return flight details correct before you go. I had to use the "autobot" to communicate with them in advance but it was painless.
