Called the customer services to help me solve the issue I had with my parking at Stansted Airport. The lady was very polite and friendly. Even helped me to solve the issue to which I though it would cost me an arm and leg. Turn out they wanted to help and understood my situation. To my surprise I end up not incurring an extra cost. Lovely.
