The customer service was excellent. Very convenient and easy. However I have given it 4 stars because it’s not clear at all at the terminal bus stop retuning to my car that I needed to get a maple parking express bus. I got on the wrong one and it ended with me taking two hours, a bus and uber journey to get back to my car. The people were very friendly but they did say that this happens a lot. So I wonder if there is anyway you can make it really clear at bus stop 30 at Heathrow that you must get the Maple parking bus, even though the email says purple parking. But like I said I can’t fault the people or the service apart from that
