Everything was great EXCEPT I parked my car at Birmingham Airport for 3 nights & returned to have the grill stolen from the front bumper of my car! The company refused to take any responbility. Very disappointing. I would rather take a taxi next time to avoid theft of parts of my vehicle. Don't know how this could happen as the car park is manned & barriered, but regardless the company was not forthcoming in terms of my complaint.
