On our return we were boarding the shuttle bus but were told that unless we have a ticket we can’t get in. I am a regular customer and this has never been the case.
It was 1am and my wife and 2 kids were with me. It was suggested I look for my ticket or email or wait until the next bus.
I finally found the enail after 5 mins waiting in the cold with my 2 kids standing outside delaying the bus.
We boarded the bus and I found my ticket when arrived at the depot!
Where is your customer service or common sense at this time of the morning!!!
