Your instructions to find the M&G drop off point and your signage are both completely non existent. Both cars in our party had a complete nightmare. Why is there no signage? Why doesn’t the booking email tell you exactly where to go? The check in desk is tiny and we just wouldn’t have found it without the LHR attendant showing us where to go.
