As always the staff are there on hand and pleasant to deal with. Terminal 3 was better than Terminal 5 where the car park entrance isn't as clear and I ended up having to go back out to get up to the 4th floor as barriers were down. Not Purple Parking's fault, Heathrows doing, and charged £7.50 too! Have tried to complain to Heathrow but no luck.
