Car was returned dirty from where it had been parked. Tree sap, bird poo and dirt left on the car. When I booked this, I asked straight away and was told they would happily return the car to us at another Terminal (as the return leg was to a different part of the airport) if we just let them know on the phone when we land. Nearer the time, we were told we had to pay £20 extra for this to be done. It was too late to arrange alternative parking but we could have got parking a lot cheaper at our time if booking if this extra charge was advised at the time!
